WHY JOIN?

WEIGHT ROOMS

The weight room consists of 3 rooms, full of heavy-duty equipment. Our rooms include the Bench Press Room, the Flex Fitness Room and the Hammer Strength Room.

FITNESS/CARDIO

Offering 4 rooms of cardio: treadmills, bicycles, stair masters, air-pressured weight machines, and stretch machines! All fitness classes also included: Spin, Body HIIT, Cardio Kick & Yoga.

FLEXIBLE HOURS

Monday: Open at 4am
Tues-Thurs: 24 hours
Friday: Closes at 10pm
Saturday: 6am-10pm
Sunday: 7:30am-6pm

COURTS

We have both Racquetball and Basketball courts for our members use. Our courts are very popular  so be sure to reserve a court for your next match! Just check with the front desk anytime!

TANNING BEDS

Tan whenever it is convenient for you, before or after your workout or anytime you like. We have 3 tanning beds in our tanning center located downstairs. Come check us out and hurry in to get that summer glow!

CHILDCARE

Our Nautilus Playland is full of fun toys and games for children. Staffed at all times, our employees watch the children while you workout. A ball pit and large play equipment help time pass quickly for them.

SWIMMING

Accessible through the men’s and women’s locker room, the pool has five lap lanes and is approximately 3’6 – 4’6 deep. Lounge chairs are pool side and there is also a public hot tub located in the pool area.

PERSONAL TRAINING

The personal trainers at Nautilus are individuals certified to have a varying degree of knowledge of general fitness involved in exercise prescription and instruction. They motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients.
